Nigel Brown AREINZ has had over 20 years experience in New Zealand Real Estate. He is a fully qualified licensee and has experienced all facets of the industry, including residential, commercial and rental property. Nigel has also been involved in several development projects, including successfully establishing and running an award winning hotel – Browns Boutique Hotel in Queenstown.

Julian Brown (REINZ) has had 10 years of premium property sales experience having worked with highly regarded agencies Collier's International and Kelland's Real Estate in Auckland before returning back to his home town of Queenstown.

Over the last 10 years Julian has been successfully involved in the marketing of some of New Zealand's most prestigious projects including waterfront hotels, inner city apartment projects, various golf course developments, and island projects.

Julian's expertise and experience within the New Zealand residential property market and especially Queenstown is significant.
